The girls loved the amazing exhibits and the chance to see exotic animals up close. The hotel was also in a great spot for exploring the Atlantic City fun.

My kids wished for a smoother check-in process and better room cleanliness. They were disappointed to not have fresh towels offered during our stay, as it would have made our long trip more comfortable.

I stayed for 4 nights and found the beds really comfortable. The AC worked well, keeping the room cool. The pool was clean and a great way to unwind. Staff were attentive and helpful when needed. A solid stay. 🌊

Clean pool, but dirty room

The pool was a refreshing escape after a long drive and was well maintained, making it a lovely area to unwind.

Unfortunately, my room wasn't properly cleaned. the carpet was dusty and the linens didn’t seem fresh, which left me disappointed.

There were broken ice machines on multiple floors, which was a hassle. Also, I ran into issues with lighting—one of the lamps was broken, leaving my room poorly lit. Staff didn’t seem too attentive either. They were nice, but it felt like they weren't really focused on resolving issues. With a little more attention to cleanliness and maintaining the facilities, this hotel could be much better.

Location close to Atlantic City offered easy access for some fun and games. The outdoor pool provided a nice spot to unwind after a long day.

The breakfast was decent with multiple waffle irons, allowing for quick and enjoyable dining. However, the hallways were poorly lit, which created a somewhat unsettling atmosphere. Additionally, the lack of proper laundry facilities was frustrating, given the broken app and the difficulty finding change for the machines.

Rooms were plus-sized for families, but cleanliness needs improvement. Great location near Atlantic City for golfing and entertainment. Breakfast choices limited.
